Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting code reviews and optimizing application performance. Staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and advocating for best practices within the team. Mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Actively participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes. What Were Looking For: 8-12 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers, with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A solid understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
