Responsibilities Review developed work against designs to verify visual accuracy and consistencyPerform cross-browser and cross-device testing for websites and interactive experiencesTest email campaigns across email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile, dark mode)Write and maintain automated tests for web projectsVerify that review feedback and comments (via ProofHQ) have been addressed before deliveryDocument and communicate bugs clearly to developersContribute to QA process improvements and help establish workflows Skills 3+ years QA experience in a digital or web environmentExperience with web test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar)Cross-browser and cross-device testing proficiencyEmail testing experience across multiple clientsStrong attention to visual detail (spotting spacing, alignment, color, typography issues)Basic HTML/CSS understanding (enough to identify root causes)Clear written communication for bug documentationComfortable working independently and managing your own workloadFamiliarity with AI-assisted testing tools (automated test generation)Experience with visual QA or design comparison toolsFamiliarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing toolsBasic Figma navigation (inspecting styles, colors, fonts)Experience with review/proofing tools (ProofHQ or similar)Test case management tools (TestRail, Jira, etc.)Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experienceAgency or fast-paced production environment background Company Overview Welcome TekWissen, your premier partner in technology consulting, workforce solutions, payroll services, procurement, managed services, global capability centers, and venture capital support, specifically tailored for startups in the human capital sector.
