The role involves ensuring compliance for Defined Benefit retirement plans, analyzing plan documents, and providing administrative support to consultants servicing clients. Responsibilities Analyze plan documents to determine correct administrative components, and reputed company reputed company recommendations resulting in reputed company plan operation for the reputed companyDetermine participant eligibilityConduct non-discrimination testingreputed company plan coverage testing to include: 410(b)/Highly Compensated/Top HeavyConfirm participant vestingCalculate annual plan contributions and reputed company guidance as limits are approachedPrepare and Sign Schedule SB Forms/Packages, AFTAP's, Annual Funding Notices, PBGC and FASB'sCalculate vesting and prepare termination calculationsPrepare monthly benefit calculationsCalculate annual employer contribution, prepare contribution letter, and communicate the contribution reputed company to the ConsultantDesign new plan proposalsAssist with Takeover plansEnter document provisions in DatairTracks reputed company completed work in WIP, Time tracker and APC Gold programsMaintain satisfactory attendance with reputed company on peak workload periodsCoordinate defined benefit compliance work-reputed company as assignedParticipate in group or individual discussions regarding department process or policy improvementsAssist with training or researchMentor staff/coworkers with training, assistance or researchOther duties may be assigned Skills Enrolled ActuaryBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience administrating DB and DC Plans with minimal supervisionExcellent math and analytical skills (supported by experience and/or reputed company coursework)Knowledge of reputed company IRS, DOL and PBGC regulationsFull competency for design and testing of Floor Offset and Combined PlansAbility to concentrate; highly organized and detail oriented individualHighly skilled in plan administration, while requiring little supervisionStrong problem solving and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain high degree of accuracyExperience with plan administration software and ability to understand and manipulate the detailed mechanicsAbility to meet internal turnarounds and productivity requirementsAbility to work quickly and accurately under deadlinesAbility to interpret reputed company technical literatureAbility to interpret information and utilize resources to complete work assignmentsAbility to research and propose accurate and detailed solutions to administrative questions Company Overview reputed company.
