About the role
Set Up approval / in process / patrolling inspection. Review of Set up and inspection Reports. Daily scrap review and analysis. Internal Rejection awareness in shop floor team. Drive Elimination of Non-Value Adding projects to reduce COPQ. Verification of corrective actions taken on internal rejection and customer complaints. Handling of SPC /MSA/Layout /Product and Process Audit activity Experience in PPAP activity. Qualifications Diploma /BE ( Mechanical /Automobile /Production Engineering) Relevant experience of 4-6 years Additional Skill Requirements Effective management, technical and supervisory skills. Competent in using software including Windows, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and the Internet. Resourceful, energetic, competent, multi-task and results-oriented.
