As a Data Analyst/Engineer at Imaging Informatics (II) NAR Customer Operations team, your role will involve identifying relevant insights, compiling analytical performance reports, and supporting Tableau CRM, Tableau, Power BI, and QlikSense dashboards and projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing data analysis, producing data samples/prototypes, and generating ad-hoc reports - Utilizing Mitratech HotDocs or similar document automation platforms for document automation and template management - Accessing multiple sources, such as SAP and data warehouses, to obtain and analyze data for front-end BI implementation - Serving as the Azure Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data sourcing in new projects - Identifying trends and issues in data through advanced analysis techniques - Collaborating with IT, Product owners, and BI Analysts to provide input for Business Intelligence initiatives - Developing processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in a business and/or computer science-related field - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of BI data solutions on Azure PaaS - Experience in designing Azure Data bricks for ETL transformation using Python notebooks - Proficiency in MS Office applications and advanced analytics tools like Tableau, Qlik, and PowerBI - Technical data analysis skills and intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational database languages - Capacity to manage client expectations, analyze large amounts of data, and propose improvements - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively remotely - Willingness to travel occasionally In this role, you will report to the Solutions & Service Revenue Operations Lead at Philips Imaging Informatics (II) Business Group, which provides informatics solutions for health systems. The company is focused on enabling intelligent decision-making to improve clinical pathways and outcomes across the health continuum. Please note that this is an office-based role that requires in-person presence at least 3 days per week.
