Assurance Services Manager

Responsibilities Integration Testing: testing individual units / solutions developed by different teams to expose faults/errors in the interaction between integrated units User acceptance testing: determine if the requirements of the specification or contract are met, get a go-ahead from the client on the usability before the solution gets rolled out for production Non-functional testing: ensure that the solution can stand the rigor of user load, data volume etc. Automation: set-up the solution for re-use or repeated runs without manual intervention Test Data Management: managing all test related data including data simulation if needed Project Management: drafting proposals, working out cost and time estimations, planning for execution etc. Success Profile Required: Attention to detail: ability to think through all minor aspects in detail, be thorough and accurate while accomplishing a task Planning & Organizing: establish a systematic course of action to ensure accomplishment of a specific Objective/task, determine priorities and allocate time and resources effectively Collaboration: Build rapport, develops, and maintains positive working relationships with co-workers & stakeholders Problem Solving: ability to identify problems, deconstruct them and developing creative and practical solutions to address challenges related them Communication: establish clear line of communication with clients and key stakeholders Preferred: Exposure to testing tools like Selenium, Great Expectations etc. Experience in testing across data and analytics discipline (ETL, Reports, Data Governance, Analytical Models) Exposure to various industry domains (Retail, CPG, Telco etc.) Experience in executing testing engagements
