About the role
Provide subject matter expertise, define and implement best practices and processes for securing the application and data for Fintech related software products. - Participate in security reviews, audits, penetration tests, risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and threat modelling. - Build a continuous audit solution to ensure adherence to security and compliance policies defined by for our central cloud services team. - Lead/ drive security awareness and security knowledge sharing with teams to foster a culture of security. - Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability for the solution. - Coordinate and collaborate extensively with Agile Development Teams and serve as focal point for communication across teams. - Architect and design the setup and configuration of CICD pipelines and support/resolve technical complexities to integrate various DevOps practices as part of a CICD implementation - Recommend and implement automated means that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including scripting, integration, problem resolution, automation and configuration management. - Proactively seek out and minimize pain points
