The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of ABAP, Web UI Technologies, and excellent communication skills. The role demands adherence to SAP coding guidelines and the ability to complete the design and development of work packages assigned in each sprint. 1. Understand and execute the work packages assigned in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Adhere strictly to SAP coding guidelines during the development cycle to ensure high-quality output. 3. Design and develop backlogs, ensuring all tasks are completed within the set timeline. 4. Continuously strive to improve processes and functionalities, suggesting new ideas and techniques when appropriate. 5. Work closely with other team members, sharing knowledge and skills to ensure team success. 6. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise, providing technical support to other team members where necessary. 7. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and future plans. Skills and Qualifications:
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. 2. 2-6 years of experience in SAP Development, with a focus on ABAP and Web UI Technologies. 3. Strong knowledge of SAP coding guidelines. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. 5. Solid understanding of software development life cycle models. 6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences. 7. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 8. Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
