About the role
Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in building intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of transformer architectures, embeddings, and semantic search. This role also requires a strong focus on non-functional aspects of GenAI systems, including reliability, safety, observability, and governance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems Integrate large language models (LLMs) into scalable, production-grade systems Implement semantic search using embeddings Develop workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions Continuously evaluate and improve model performance using feedback loops and metrics Design AI systems with high reliability, scalability, and low-latency response times Implement guardrails and safety mechanisms to control hallucinations, toxicity, and undesired outputs Apply PII detection and masking/anonymization techniques to ensure data privacy and compliance Establish observability frameworks (logging, tracing, monitoring) for LLM pipelines and agent workflows Ensure security best practices in model access, API usage, and data handling Maintain versioning and reproducibility for prompts, models, and datasets Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI engineering
