At ABC Company, you will architect and deliver robust MuleSoft integrations that power seamless business operations. Your expertise will drive scalable API solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability for our enterprise clients. Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex MuleSoft integrations and APIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Architect and implement REST and SOAP APIs, optimizing for scalability, security, and maintainability. Integrate a diverse portfolio of SaaS applications, enabling unified data flows and business process automation. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and operational runbooks, to support ongoing system reliability. Oversee the MuleSoft architecture process, including the design and implementation of system, process, and experience APIs. Drive the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for MuleSoft projects using Agile methodologies, from requirements analysis to deployment and support. Implement orchestration APIs to streamline and scale ticket integration processes. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot integration issues, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring): Must-Have

Deep expertise in MuleSoft API development, including REST and SOAP APIs. Proven experience in designing and building MuleSoft integrations and APIs. Strong background in integrating SaaS applications within enterprise environments. Proficiency in developing system, process, and experience APIs. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks. Solid understanding of the full SDLC and Agile methodology. Experience with API orchestration and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios. Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred:

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent technical degree. Domain expertise in enterprise application integration and API management. Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. Experience working in high-performance, customer-centric organizations.
