Oracle CPQ Developer

As an Oracle CPQ Developer at ABC Company, you will architect and implement robust CPQ solutions that streamline sales processes and drive business efficiency. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for global clients. Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), focusing on Product Configuration, Rules, Commerce Process, Document Engine, and Pricing functionalities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ configurations and workflows, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Develop and optimize configuration logic, commerce rules, and workflows within Oracle CPQ to enhance system performance and user experience. Integrate Oracle CPQ with CRM systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to deliver successful implementation projects on time and within scope. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring): Must-Have

Proven expertise in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) development and implementation. Strong knowledge of Product Configuration, Configuration Rules, Commerce Module, Commerce Rules & Workflows, Pricing, and Document Engine. Hands-on experience with CRM integration and third-party integrations. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex implementation projects in a collaborative, multi-location environment. Proficiency in requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and agile delivery methodologies. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous self-learning.

Preferred:

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent degree in a relevant field. Domain expertise in enterprise software implementation, particularly within high-performance, customer-centric organizations. Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
