"Work with SAP S/4HANA cloud mindset. Drive tools vision and roadmap Translate feedback from various channels (customer + internal) into product requirements as dedicated backlog items Drive the periodic content updates to the tools based on major release and continuous delivery Manage the internal tools and coordination for product planning and delivery. Help manage product release processes and keep track of compliance with product standards and corporate requirements Organize product release enablement and communication to customers/key internal stakeholders. Interact with multiple internal teams for data gathering, requirements, cross tool collaboration and features Bring creative ideas to improve Customer experience, operational excellence & support fellow colleagues."
