About the role
Core Responsibilities:
Should be competent in writing program/design specifications (HLD/LLD) Should be competent in code optimization techniques and .NET coding practices and tools Should be able to conduct peer reviews on code quality Should be competent in understanding complex functional user stories (spanning across multiple user stories as well) Should be aware of design principles, DB design and normalization, class design fundamentals Should have an expertise on development tools (Dev IDE, Version Control, Testing tools, Code Verification tools) Ability to provide technical estimate for work assignments Demonstrates the ability to problem solve and create solutions independently Should be competent in assisting team members Provides good visibility and updates on the progress of all activities and tasks, escalating issues and in a timely manner Maintains a cohesive spirit to accomplish team responsibilities
