About the role
As a UX Designer for SaaS Products at RIB, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences for our software. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the product discovery phase, define MVP scope, and translate requirements into user journeys and high-fidelity designs. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping the UX direction and ensuring alignment and consistency across regions and products. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the discovery phase by conducting user research, problem framing, ideation, and concept validation. - Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define MVP scope and UX direction during early-stage exploration. - Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Conduct usability testing, gather insights, and iterate designs based on feedback. - Work with global design and product teams to maintain design systems, components, and UX standards. - Ensure best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across products. - Participate in sprint ceremonies, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions. - Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4+ years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in SaaS products. - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, including discovery and delivery. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, or similar design/prototyping tools. - Solid understanding of UX principles, User Journey, interaction design, and information architecture. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with strong communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have: - Experience with B2B or enterprise SaaS products. - Experience working with distributed/global teams. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts. - Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design. - Experience contributing to or managing design systems.
