This role ensures seamless alignment between design, procurement, production, and quality teams to meet output targets and project timelines. Key Responsibilities 1. Production Planning & Scheduling Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for battery pack, module, and container assembly lines. Plan resources, manpower, and machine loading to meet production targets. Monitor WIP across stations and maintain optimal material flow. Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams for capacity utilization. 2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Prepare and monitor Bill of Materials (BOMs) for BESS products. Ensure timely availability of cells, modules, busbars, electronics, and assembly hardware. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain for on-time material delivery. Manage inventory levels through forecasting and consumption analysis. 3. Manufacturing Line Coordination Track progress of the battery pack, PCS integration, and enclosure assembly lines . Highlight bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions with production supervisors. Support development of SOPs, WI (Work Instructions) , and takt-time analysis. Facilitate smooth transition of engineering changes into production. Shift wise work allocation, manpower and material planning 4. Data Analytics & Reporting Maintain dashboards on: Production targets vs actuals Material usage & wastage Cycle time analysis Line efficiency (OEE) Provide reports to management for review, planning, and forecasting. 5.
