Brief Role : Desktop Support/ Hardware Engineer Job Description Some of the key services provided by us are, End- to- end supply and services of Branded Servers, Desktops & Laptops. Windows and Linux Based Server Integration for Small & Medium Businesses. AMC / FMS services for the complete IT Infrastructure. Providing Complete Active / Passive Networking Solutions to the customers. Providing Surveillance and Security Systems (CCTV Solutions & Time Attendance System). Providing Power Backup/ Protection Solutions. Job Title / Designation : Desktop support/ Hardware Engineer Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: Hardware: Assembling and disassembling of desktop PC. Diagnosing hardware related issues. Upgrading computer components. Software: Installation of Operating System (Ex: Windows). Installation of Application softwares (Ex: MS Office, PDF Reader, Antivirus etc., ). Troubleshooting of softwares (Repair / Re- installation). Troubleshooting Windows network issues (Ex: Assigning IP address, troubleshooting sharing issues etc., ). Networking : Configuration of Modem, router and Access Points.
