Brief Role : Technical Sales Executive - KPO Job Description TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE : Work with International Clients (US and CANADA). Sales and Delivery of Technical Service and Support for Major brands like APPLE, DELL, IBM, LENOVO, ACER & HP etc. Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to Computers, Routers and Printers. Fixation of Virus & Malware Intrusion Etc. Well known company in delivering outstanding customer by performing accurate and timely technical troubleshooting to resolve issues. JOB SPECIFICATION : Fluent English Communication Skills. Undergraduate / Graduate / Fresher's can apply Attention to detail.
