Brief Role : Job Description - Responsible for providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products. Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc. Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting. Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
