Java Technical Lead || Mumbai (Navi Mumbai)

Job Title: Java Technical Lead Required Experienced: 7-8 Yrs Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-time / Work from Office Desired Skills - Education: A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development, with at least 1 years in a lead or senior role. - Solid experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale Java applications. - Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality, mission-critical applications on time. - Experience with modern Java frameworks and tools, such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate, JPA, and RESTful services. - Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). - Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) - Technical Skills - Proficiency in Java (SE, EE) and related technologies (Spring, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, etc.). - Strong knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and API design. - Experience with version control systems like Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), and Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Experience with Spring Security and token-based user authentication solutions - Experience with database applications such as Oracle, and MySQL as well as with writing complex SQL queries - Knowledge of AWS cloud/Azure - Strong Knowledge on Database design - Soft Skills - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. - Passion for mentoring and helping others grow professionally. - Certifications (optional) - Java-related certifications such as Oracle Certified Profession .
