About the role
Job Title: Java Technical Lead Required Experienced: 7-8 Yrs Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-time / Work from Office Desired Skills : Education : A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development, with at least 1 years in a lead or senior role. Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale Java applications. Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality, mission-critical applications on time. Experience with modern Java frameworks and tools, such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate, JPA, and RESTful services. Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) Technical Skills : Proficiency in Java (SE, EE) and related technologies (Spring, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, etc.). Strong knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and API design. Experience with version control systems like Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), and Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with Spring Security and token-based user authentication solutions Experience with database applications such as Oracle, and MySQL as well as with writing complex SQL queries Knowledge of AWS cloud/Azure Strong Knowledge on Database design Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Passion for mentoring and helping others grow professionally. Certifications (optional) : Java-related certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional Java SE, Spring Professional Certification, or cloud certifications
