About the role
Key Deliverables : Lead and grow a high-performing IT Product Specialist team. Drive execution on IT product implementations to meet adoption and satisfaction KPIs. Optimize IT setup processes and implementation quality. Coordinate with product and engineering teams on launches and issue resolution. Role Responsibilities : Manage team operations including hiring, mentoring, and KPI tracking. Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, CX, and Product. Lead knowledge sharing and training initiatives internally and externally. Act as the feedback conduit between customers and Rippling's IT product teams.
