Key Deliverables : Lead Traffic and CI/CD Infrastructure teams to support scalable production systems. Define and implement technical strategy for AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling. Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability across multiple regions. Hire, mentor, and develop senior engineers, building a high-performance culture. Role Responsibilities : Drive adoption of cloud-native solutions across product teams. Guide infrastructure evolution as the monolith is refactored. Solve large-scale deployment and availability challenges. Advocate for infrastructure needs company-wide and maintain reliability standards.
