About the role
Profile:UX/UI Designer-Surat-6 LPA Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Designer UX Designer Product Designer or in a similar role. Familiarity with tools such as Figma FigJam Miro Maze or similar Strong problem-solving communication and storytelling skills Portfolio showing UX process not just final visuals Salary Range: 40k to 50k Roles: Conduct user research through interviews surveys and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Use Figma (mandatory) to create user flows information architecture wireframes interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs. Develop user personas and journey maps translating research insights into intuitive and visually engaging experiences. Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile products ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility guidelines. Identify usability issues propose improvements and validate solutions through testing and iteration. Collaborate closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to deliver user-centered digital products. Communicate design rationale effectively and maintain a portfolio demonstrating the complete UX/UI design process. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science Psychology or a related field preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research wireframing and UI design skills.
