As a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder at RivetStays, a Toronto-based short- and mid-term rental operator leveraging AI, automation, and data, your role will involve running and building internal systems using cutting-edge AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Build internal tools, automations, and workflows utilizing AI coding agents - Develop and maintain websites and systems using Next.js + Vercel - Write SQL queries and manage dashboards/reports - Clean and reconcile operational data across various systems - Create AI-assisted systems for operations, reporting, and growth - Collaborate with the marketing team to construct, automate, and enhance growth systems and workflows - Assist in implementing tracking, analytics, landing pages, automations, and AI-assisted marketing infrastructure - Work closely with the growth/marketing lead to swiftly ship and iterate projects using AI tools Qualifications Required: - Deep daily usage of AI coding tools like Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc. - Proficiency in building products and systems independently - Experience with Next.js and Vercel - Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL - Familiarity with dashboards such as Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar - Ability to problem-solve autonomously using AI tools - Experience with AI automations and agent workflows - Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or automation tools If you are deeply immersed in AI-assisted execution and can swiftly navigate modern AI tools in your daily work, this role offers a remote opportunity with a compensation range of 500900/month based on experience, with the potential for larger responsibilities and long-term growth at RivetStays.
