About the role
As a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder at RivetStays, your primary role will be to run and build internal systems using agentic AI tools like Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation workflows. We are seeking an individual who is immersed in AI tools on a daily basis, utilizing them for executing, automating, building, debugging, researching, and shipping work efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Build internal tools, automations, and workflows using AI coding agents - Develop and maintain websites and systems using Next.js + Vercel - Write SQL queries and manage dashboards/reports - Clean and reconcile operational data across various systems - Construct AI-assisted systems for operations, reporting, and growth - Assist the marketing team in building, automating, and enhancing growth systems and workflows - Support the implementation of tracking, analytics, landing pages, automations, and AI-assisted marketing infrastructure - Collaborate closely with the growth/marketing lead to swiftly ship and iterate projects using AI tools Qualifications Required: - Deep daily usage of AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc. - Comfortable with independently building products and systems - Proficiency in Next.js and Vercel - Strong skills in Google Sheets + SQL - Experience with dashboards like Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar - Ability to problem-solve independently using AI tools - Experience with AI automations and agent workflows - Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or automation tools The compensation for this role is remote, with a range of 500900/month depending on experience.
