Responsible for computerized measuring machine (CMM)inspection Conduct all the tests are as per requirement andprepare reports Inspect new dies (In-house, Out-sourced, Fixed Insertchange, re-sink) as and when required and ensure die parameters are as per the requirement Check the new Die inserting Verify and inspect 1st piece of all new dies andprocess for approval Coordinate for calibration and inspection of the Spectro asper defined frequency Inspect all received Gauge and Fixtures as per the definedprocedure and prepare necessary reports Undertake layout inspection and components checking on theCMM machines for checking alignment of the product with the original drawingsand specs Prepare CMM reports for all inspections undertaken andshare the same with the Incharge Implement identified improvement projects in thesection Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
