About the role
¢ Responsible for computerized measuring machine (CMM) inspection
¢ Conduct all the tests are as per requirement and prepare reports
¢ Inspect new dies (In-house, Out-sourced, Fixed Insert change, re-sink) as and when required and ensure die parameters are as per the requirement
¢ Check the new Die inserting
¢ Verify and inspect 1st piece of all new dies and process for approval
¢ Coordinate for calibration and inspection of the Spectro as per defined frequency
¢ Inspect all received Gauge and Fixtures as per the defined procedure and prepare necessary reports
¢ Undertake layout inspection and components checking on the CMM machines for checking alignment of the product with the original drawings and specs
¢ Prepare CMM reports for all inspections undertaken and share the same with the Incharge
