Product Manager - Home Based

You are responsible for leading and scaling Rooter's ad technology infrastructure as a Product Manager. Your main tasks include: - Owning and managing the Ad Tech infrastructure, which involves inventory and placement strategy, as well as monitoring performance metrics. - Driving advertisement optimization through Google Ad Manager to ensure efficient delivery, targeting, and monetization. - Developing data-driven strategies to maximize ad yield and performance. - Providing regular insights and reports on ad performance to the leadership. - Staying updated with industry trends in ad tech and digital monetization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on Ad Tech or Ad Operations. - Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM). - Strong understanding of ad monetization, placements, inventory management, and performance analytics. - Proficiency in Python and SQL. - Excellent collaboration, analytical thinking, and project management skills. - Experience in gaming, content, or digital entertainment industries. - Skills in data visualization and additional scripting or automation using Python. - B.E./B.Tech.
