Location: Anand Team Size: 15–18 About the Role Lead the Design and Engineering function end to end — from concept design to prototyping, validation, and continuous improvement. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with strong technical depth in motor and engineering products and proven ability to guide cross‑functional teams in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. Brief Job Profile Drive product development cycles: requirement analysis, design, validation Strengthen engineering processes for smooth production Collaborate with Purchase, Quality and Manufacturing for new product launches Partner with vendors for component development Support Sales and Marketing with product inputs and business cases Lead customer‑specific customizations and cost optimization initiatives Basic Requirements BE/BTech/MTech (Electrical preferred; Mechanical considered exceptionally) 18+ years of experience (10–15 years relevant) Strong knowledge of electrical machine design, VFDs, robotics Exposure to ANSYS, SolidWorks, or similar tools Industry background in motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, or similar engineered products
