Key Responsibilities Analyze and document financial business processes. Implement SAP FICO solutions tailored to business needs. Conduct system configuration and setup for financial modules. Provide user training and support for FICO applications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project executions. Gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders. Develop test scripts and perform system testing for FICO modules. Maintain and update FICO documentation and user manuals. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Support regulatory compliance through accurate financial reporting. Evaluate system integration with other SAP modules. Create and manage financial reports using SAP tools. Advise on best practices for financial and accounting processes. Assist in changes to financial policies and procedures as needed. Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO enhancements and industry trends. Participate in change management and stakeholder communication. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles. Proven experience in implementing SAP FICO solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with integration of FICO with other SAP modules. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage projects effectively. Experience with financial reporting and compliance requirements. Proficiency in project management methodologies. Certifications in SAP FICO preferred. Experience in user training and support roles. Knowledge of regulatory standards affecting financial practices. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and technologies.
