Job description About The Role We are seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join our CPQ & NPI Operations team within Product Operations. In this role you will be a key CPQ & NPI specialist in providing expertise and strategic insights to enhance our processes. This is a full-time position. What will you do Support implementations related to GTM initiatives, sales productivity, user experience and be accountable for Salesforce CPQ & NPI deliverables Manage and own the CPQ KTLO and NPI ticket queue and dashboards, ensuring tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and followed up on Regularly compile reports, provide status updates, and drive timely delivery of requests through effective coordination and communication Manage Salesforce CPQ systems enhancements and projects from start to finish – requirements analysis, consensus building, testing, documentation, and launch/training Facilitate business process reviews for requirement gathering & documentation; Translate business requirements into IT requirements, leveraging best practices and CPQ tool knowledge to deliver best user experience Provide the highest standards of CPQ systems support and enablement to field support, sales support, and deal operations teams when it comes to quoting & new product launches Partner closely with the IT team and cross-functional partners on getting scalable solutions and changes implemented in a timely manner Create, maintain and deliver training and documentation for all new implementations, ensure CPQ system and new products are well adapted by users as new processes and products are rolled out Advocate for an optimised CPQ user experience by ensuring system enhancements align with business needs and feedback Analyse and optimise CPQ & NPI processes to drive efficiency and scalability What should you have Strategic thinker: Evaluate things holistically and for the long term, make decisions using a strong blend of technical chops and understanding of business needs Self-Starter & Results-Driven: Demonstrates a high level of productivity with minimal day-to-day oversight. Takes ownership, shows initiative, and proactively drives solutions to completion Effective Communicator & Collaborator: Strong follow-up skills, transparency, and the ability to synthesise information into a clear, digestible format for business operations teams High-energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment You are detail-oriented, leverage your resources, and get things done on time with quality results! 2-4 years in Salesforce CPQ hands-on experience preferred 2+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or Operations role, preferably in a SaaS environment SFDC administration experience is a plus NPI or SKU management experience is a plus
