SAP ABAP HR Consultant

As an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR ABAP development, enhancements, and support, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP HR ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows within SAP HCM/HR modules. - Utilize your strong knowledge of ABAP Objects (OOPs ABAP) to develop and debug User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements, BAPIs, and RFCs. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY). - Work with HR infotypes and HR logical databases like PNP and PNPCE for data handling and reporting. - Create HR ABAP reports, develop payroll-related functionalities, and design data migration/conversion programs and interfaces using IDOCs, RFC, and web services. - Collaborate on SAP HCM integrations and troubleshooting while utilizing the SAP enhancement framework for enhancing functionalities. - Analyze functional requirements to provide appropriate technical solutions, support production environments, resolve issues, and optimize performance effectively. Additionally, the required technical skills for this role include proficiency in: - SAP ABAP - SAP HCM/HR - ABAP Reports - ALV Reports - Smart Forms/Adobe Forms - BAPI, RFC, IDOC - Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits - Debugging and Performance Optimization - SAP Payroll development experience Preferred skills for this role include experience in SAP S/4HANA HCM or SAP ECC HCM, knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 integration with HCM, familiarity with SAP HR interfaces, and possessing good communication and client-facing skills.
