About the role
Job Duties:
Work with internal teams, Business Analyst, Technical Architects, and end-users to
gather test requirements and develop test strategy, test plans for systems integration testing, UAT and
end-to end testing. Understand functional and non-functional requirements and the business context
for which the application is being developed. Drive business critical testing efforts to ensure
performance, reliability and scalable. Perform Functional integration and testing (using commands
and checking logs) and Ul testing on applications. Analyze and determine proper testing
procedures/processes for testing the system under test. Build and lead a high-performing team of QA
engineers working in an Agile development process with a continuous integration/continuous
deployment (CI/CD) model. Collaborate with development engineers to build, evolve, and maintain a
scalable continuous build and deployment pipeline. Manage the testing governance process to ensure
that all testing adheres to required process and quality standards and receive and manage resources.
Creating a comprehensive testing strategy for the application that includes scope, type of testing to be
conducted, different testing environments that will be used for validation, etc. Reviewing test cases,
test results, bug reports, etc. prepared by the testing team.
Job Requirements: Required Master's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Information Technology, CIS, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 2 years of
experience with the same or similar job duties but given another designation. Must be able to
travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.
