Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Duration: Full-Time/40 Hours a week/Permanent

Job Duties: Understand and analyze the Product/System requirements and Software Requirements.

Drive business critical testing efforts to ensure performance, reliability and scalable which include,

test planning, test creation, test execution, reviews, and reporting. Review Verification and Validation

reports and documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate

risks. Co-ordination with cross functional teams. Development and maintenance of the Design

Traceability Matrix. Interact with the client in various forums to discuss the status of the project,

clarify any functionality related queries. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on

functional requirements, product design, schedules, or potential problem. Participate in product

problem. Analyse the requirements and perform the requirement gap analysis and get a clear

understanding before the start of the test design and also an exercise to minimize the requirement

defects. Involved in reviewing test cases, defects, test results to ensure the technical accuracy and

completeness of the test as per the system design and requirements managed. Provide architectural

input on new and existing QA and testing solutions. Utilize bug tracking tools and test case

management tools. Develop user behavior models for performance tests.

Job Requirements: Required Master's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information

Systems, Information Technology, CIS, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field. Must be able to

travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.
