AutoCAD 2D (Contract)

As a Design Engineer (AutoCAD) in Vadodara, your role will involve being an experienced designer with knowledge of design stages and design deliverables of the I&C discipline. You should have the ability to prepare and review detailed engineering design deliverables such as instrument hook-ups, loop diagrams, tray and conduit layouts, trench layouts, location plans, conduit wiring drawings, conduit modeling, and cable schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review cable tray sizing and specifications. - Independently prepare and review all I&C design deliverables in compliance with the Quality System. - Participate in model reviews and squad check processes. - Demonstrate knowledge of instrument installation practices, standards, construction sequences, access and egress requirements. - Familiarity with wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specifications is an added advantage. - Hands-on experience with AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD E 3D, and Revit 3D, including model reviews. - Collaborate effectively with a team to support project deliverables and interact with other disciplines for necessary inputs. - Conduct IDC of interdisciplinary checks of I&C deliverables and other discipline drawings. - Study and perform IDC for nozzle orientation, isometrics, piping layouts, equipment layouts, civil drawings, vessel, and equipment drawings. Qualifications Required: - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Desirable proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Revit 3D, and NAVIS Works for I&C Design. - Experience working on international projects and with clients is preferred. - Expertise in AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD E 3D, and Revit 3D, including model reviews and participation in model reviews. - Ability to work independently in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
