Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Retail IT (POS & Supply Chain) Experience: 8+ years Location: Coimbatore Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail Ops, IT, Supply Chain, Finance) to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements Lead end-to-end business analysis for POS upgrades, integrations, and omnichannel retail initiatives Map and optimize supply chain workflows including inventory, order management, logistics, and vendor coordination Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and delivery Conduct gap analysis, root cause investigations, and impact assessments for system changes Support UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off Monitor KPIs and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and business outcomes .
