AVP - Product Management

Company: Our client a leading Fintech organization. Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the product management team. Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Gather, prioritize, and analyze product and customer requirements. Define the product vision and translate it into actionable product specifications. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver winning products. Manage the product backlog and ensure timely product releases. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product usability and adoption. Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous product improvement within the organization. Desired Profile: At least 15-20 years of experience in the field of software, product management in the BFSI sector. Should have worked in a regulated environment to understand the regulatory requirements. At least 5-10 years of leadership experience as a product/platform leader in BFSI Must have strong Financial Services domain understanding. MF domain knowledge is preferable. Experience in building high performance products/platforms Good understanding of the latest technologies and software development processes Good understanding of Agile development methodologies .
