About the Client A key player in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, this company specializes in delivering sustainable mobility solutions for the commercial transportation sector Role : Business Analyst/Product Manager - Salesforce (Dealer Management System) Location : Chennai (Work from office) Role Summary: The Business analyst / Product Manager DMS will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce-based Dealer Management System (DMS) . This role ensures that the system effectively supports CRM, Sales, and Service functions , enhances operational efficiency, and aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: DMS Implementation & Enhancement (30%) - Lead the deployment of Salesforce DMS by gathering user requirements, designing solutions, and implementing best-fit features. - Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption. - Continuously evaluate and enhance system performance to meet evolving business needs. System Support & Maintenance (20%) - Provide technical support to resolve user issues and minimize system downtime. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for system stability. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination (20%) - Act as the primary point of contact with Salesforce and other vendors for issue resolution, updates, and system enhancements. - Ensure timely upgrades, patches, and training to maintain system efficiency. Data Management & Reporting (20%) - Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making across departments. - Ensure data integrity and optimize reporting capabilities for business insights. Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%) - Partner with IT and business teams to integrate DMS with Ramco ERP, Telematics, HSRP, CRM, and other applications . - Design and implement seamless data exchange mechanisms for enhanced workflow automation.
