Fulfillment Engineer - Fortinet (Bengaluru)

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls , including firewall policies, NAT rules, interfaces, and zones. - Implement and maintain FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager for centralized logging, monitoring, and configuration management. - Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Domains (VDOMs) for multi-tenant environments. - Configure and troubleshoot Dynamic Routing protocols (BGP) in a firewall environment. - Monitor security logs and perform threat analysis to enhance firewall security. - Ensure network security best practices are followed across routing, switching, and firewall architecture . - Work on Basic Routing and Switching , including VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, and access control lists (ACLs). - Collaborate with IT and security teams to optimize network performance and security posture. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Fortinet NSE4 certification is mandatory. - Solid hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager . - In-depth knowledge of firewall policies, NAT, address objects, interfaces, and zones . - Experience with Dynamic Routing (BGP) configuration on firewalls. - Solid understanding of firewall architecture and security best practices . - Basic knowledge of Routing and Switching concepts. - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve network security issues effectively. - Experience in logging, monitoring, and compliance reporting using Fortinet tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with other network security platforms (Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.). - Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of SIEM solutions for security event management.
