As a Senior Network Planning & Security Engineer at our company, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between high-level architectural design and complex technical implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Architecture & Design: You will be responsible for creating High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and detailed network topology mapping for our global corporate networks. - Infrastructure Transformation: Leading complex migration projects such as hardware refreshes, datacenter expansions, and multi-site rollouts with minimal downtime. - WAN Optimization: Onboarding, configuring, and managing modern Software-Defined WAN templates and policies to optimize enterprise traffic routing. - Perimeter Security & Traffic: Defining, reviewing, and implementing robust security profiles, rules, and zones on Next-Generation Firewalls, proxies, and Load Balancers. - Governance & Compliance: Executing Disaster Recovery drills, developing Method of Procedures (MOPs/SOPs), and ensuring network standards align with global high-compliance industry frameworks. - Automation & Maintenance: Collaborating on infrastructure-as-code initiatives to automate repetitive configuration tasks and enforce standardization. You should have 8 to 12 years of progressive engineering experience in large-scale Enterprise LAN/WAN and Datacenter environments. Experience in high-uptime, compliance-heavy domains like Banking, Financial Services, or Telecom infrastructure is highly preferred. Your technical expertise should include: - Expert-level command of BGP, OSPF, Cisco Nexus switches, and high-end enterprise routing platforms. - Direct, hands-on deployment experience with SD-WAN technologies and security solutions. - Deep understanding of Identity Services, Load Balancing, and IP Address Management. Preferred Certifications include Active CCNP or equivalent vendor certification and ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification demonstrating a strong grasp of corporate change-management rigor.
