Role:DCS - Windows Specialist L3 Engineer Location: Chennai Experience: 10+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Work Mode:Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for an experienced DCS - Windows Specialist L3 Engineer to manage enterprise Windows Server infrastructure, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and BAU operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Windows Server administration, virtualization, automation, ITSM processes, and enterprise infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 settings. Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, and Windows infrastructure operations. Troubleshoot complex L3 incidents and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Execute change management activities following ITIL best practices. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and/or Ansible. Implement Windows security hardening and compliance standards. Support VMware vSphere/Nutanix virtualization environments. Monitor infrastructure health using tools such as SolarWinds or PRTG. Collaborate with Security, Network, Application, and Infrastructure teams. Participate in DR activities and rotational on-call support. Required Skills 10+ years of Windows Server Administration experience. Robust experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022. Expertise in Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, and Windows Operations. VMware vSphere or Nutanix AHV administration. PowerShell scripting and automation. ITSM processes with ServiceNow. Infrastructure monitoring tools (SolarWinds/PRTG). Azure/AWS infrastructure knowledge. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Certifications MCSE / MCSA Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator VMware VCP ITIL v4 .
