Sharepoint Designer

Minimum of 3 years professional IT work experience in SharePoint, Power Platform. • Design AI-first, Agent-first solutions utilizing Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AI Services • DevOps for multi-agent systems understanding interdependencies and minimize adverse impact through best practice change management operations • Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills – relevant, substantial, active knowledge sharing, problem solving, collaboration are all required for team fit. Expectation is that you are an expert in your technical area but have a high understanding of other team members’ roles, responsibilities and area of expertise. • IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, AI Policy, System Development Life Cycle and Project Management – knowledge and adherence to company policies, processes and procedures • Continuous Learning for emerging technology including modernizing daily work via Microsoft Copilot office and dev tools along with overall AI-first, Agent-first industry best practices for overall solution design and DevOps • Consulting and Presentation Skills for business audience – English is primary language in North America. The ability to adapt to different audience communication preferences is required. IT Experience : • SharePoint :3 years of DevOps – solution development, implementation, support • SharePoint :1-2 years of design/architecture beyond individual solution with AI focus • Power Platform :3 years of DevOps –solution development, implementation, support – Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI • Power Platform :1-2 years of environment management, Connectors and API management • Copilot Studio :1-2 years of solution development, implementation, support • Copilot Studio:1-2 years of design/architecture beyond individual solution with AI multi-agent systems • Microsoft Foundry :Hands-on experience preferred, but at least a demonstrable understanding of Foundry capabilities and the relationship to SharePoint, Power Platform tools, Copilot Studio
