About the role
Valid till July 2027 Role & responsibilities For Sr. Engineer Level Conduct inspections and checks at various stages (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, MEP) Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, and inspection records Raise and track NCRs and ensure timely closure with corrective actions Coordinate material testing with labs and maintain test certificates/records Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes (IS/ASTM/BS as applicable) Support internal and third-party/client quality audits For Manager Level Establish and implement the project quality management system/plan Lead QAQC team across all disciplines (civil, structure, finishing, MEP, external development) Review and approve ITPs, quality procedures, and inspection protocols Drive root-cause analysis for recurring quality issues and implement preventive measures Liaise with client/consultant/PMC on quality audits, certifications, and approvals Ensure statutory and code compliance across all stages of construction Report quality KPIs, NCR trends, and audit outcomes to management
