About the role
This link shall be alive till July 2027 for Various Sites Role & responsibilities For Sr. Engineer Execute day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and work schedule Supervise labour, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure quality and productivity Coordinate with QAQC, Safety, Planning, and Store teams for smooth execution Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site registers Ensure adherence to approved method statements and drawings Identify and resolve execution-level bottlenecks and escalate issues appropriately Support billing and measurement recording for completed works For Manager Establish and implement the project quality management system/plan Lead QAQC team across all disciplines (civil, structure, finishing, MEP, external development) Review and approve ITPs, quality procedures, and inspection protocols Drive root-cause analysis for recurring quality issues and implement preventive measures Liaise with client/consultant/PMC on quality audits, certifications, and approvals Ensure statutory and code compliance across all stages of construction Report quality KPIs, NCR trends, and audit outcomes to management Preferred candidate profile
