About the role
As a Should Costing Engineer in the automotive domain at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing the cost of vehicle sub-systems across major commodities such as Plastics, Sheet Metal, Castings, Forgings, and Machining. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing Should Costing Analysis using Excel-based cost models - Preparing Cost Reports, matrices, and summaries for internal and customer presentations To excel in this role, you should have: - 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Should Costing within the automotive domain - Strong expertise in costing for Plastics, Sheet Metal, Castings, Forgings, and Machining - Proficiency in Tonnage Calculations, Cycle Time Calculations, Welding Calculations, etc. - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes and derive accurate cost estimations If you possess the required expertise and are seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply by sharing your CV at pavankumar_kaja@satven.com.
