About the role
As a Waliku Data Analyst at Save the Children International, you will be part of a dynamic technology team dedicated to providing bespoke solutions for digital data capture and analytics on learner education and well-being. Your role will involve designing data systems, ensuring data quality, and transforming data into actionable insights for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain data capture tools and forms aligned with program and field requirements - Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance - Develop and manage ETL processes using SQL and Microsoft Fabric - Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI for operational and strategic insights - Analyze data trends and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven product and program decisions Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (Data Factory / Lakehouse / Warehouse concepts) - Advanced skills in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design) - Solid experience in SQL and data manipulation - Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and governance practices Save the Children International has been at the forefront of providing innovative digital solutions to address gaps in learner education, health, and well-being.
