We are proud to be recognized as Great Place to Work for 2020.Job Summary:The Director of IT Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing and managing the organizations IT infrastructure, including network systems, co-located data centres, and IT operations for a global user base. This role emphasizes establishing streamlined processes, comprehensive documentation, and efficient global asset management to ensure consistent operations and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute IT infrastructure and IT security strategies aligned with business goals.Lead the evaluation and implementation of innovative technologies to enhance global service delivery and operational efficiency.Infrastructure Management:Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of below itemsVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) for the internal team.Networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, etc.).Telephone systems and related infrastructure.Cloud infrastructure management (e.g., Azure AD, O365, and other enterprise cloud applications).Security infrastructure, including antivirus, firewall configurations, and VPN management.Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are robust, documented, and tested regularly.Manage software and hardware assets, optimizing their lifecycle and renewals.Process and Documentation:Establish, document, and maintain standardized processes, workflows, and procedures for IT infrastructure operations.Ensure comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure components, configurations, and changes to facilitate consistency and knowledge sharing.Drive continuous process improvements for better efficiency and alignment with industry best practices.Global IT Asset Management:Implement effective asset management strategies to track and manage IT assets across multiple geographies.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, ensuring visibility, control, and compliance.Coordinate with HR team to align asset management practices and ensure optimal utilization.Team Leadership and Development:Grow and lead a high-performing IT infrastructure and INFOSEC team.Mentor, guide, and support team members career growth and professional development.Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Operational Excellence:Develop and enforce infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality.Monitor key performance indicators and ensure SLA compliance for all IT services globally.Security and Compliance:Collaborate with Compliance teams to ensure global infrastructure meets security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST).Proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, ensuring adherence to regulations.Manage audits and implement recommendations to maintain compliance and reduce risks.Budget Management:Plan and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective global solutions and efficient resource allocation.Customer Management:Communicate effectively with internal users and stakeholders across global locations.Proactively engage stakeholders to understand and address their IT infrastructure needs.Qualifications:Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with 5 years in a leadership position.Strong background in systems administration, network management, and cloud solutions.Demonstrated success in leading IT teams and managing large-scale projects and geographically distributed WH
