Extensive Knowledge in CATIA V5 / 3DX (GSD, Part Modelling, Drawing, Assembly & Kinematics) Expert in Sheetmetal design, Engineering operations, Manufacturing processes Good Knowledge and hands-on experience in GD&T Good Knowledge in Teamcenter Engineering & Vismockup Knowledge in WERS, GPDS & DPA 0/1, Ford Global Change Management (GCM) process would be an advantage Having flexibility to work across time zones as role involves extensive interaction globally Job Description Expertise in Chassis Systems Design and Development - Brakes, Suspension, Wheels/Tires Responsible for developing CAD models, Drawings & GD&T in CATIA / 3DX, for Chassis components in Suspension, Brakes, Steering Functional expertise in design and development of Chassis aggregates and to take technical decisions with D&R Engineers and suppliers as required Ability to ground-up design of Chassis components through detailed design and delivery into production, by establishing manufacturing, assembly and service feasibility Good understanding of New Product Development process, program milestones and delivery success criteria for Engineering SEGULA Technologies is a global engineering group, boosting the competitiveness of all major industrial sectors: automotive, aerospace, energy, rail, naval, life sciences, and telecoms.
