Knowledge on Stamping Process Optimization & Progressive analysis. Hands on experience in any simulation software [Auto form / Pam stamp / Dyna form] and can able to execute simulation & plan Counter measure. Knowledge on Automated presses lines [Cross bar, Feed bar] panel layout making. Able propose Engineering Change request to Product design. Able execute Tool Go-Ahead activity - with milestone closing documents (Process, Simulation, Sim Report, 3D & 2D Method Plan, Spring back simulation & compensation knowledge preferable. Hands on experience in any CAD software [Catia/UG] with A-class surface modelling capability. Hands on experience in T0 trials & can make comparison Simulation Vs Trial -Preferable.
