SAGE X3 ERP Manager Position: ERP Manager Location : Bangalore Position Summary The ERP Manager will oversee the configuration, maintenance, and strategic utilization of multi-legislative ERP systems. This hybrid role combines technical administration with business process leadership and requires managing cross-functional teams, aligning systems with business goals, and driving efficiencies across finance, inventory, and manufacturing modules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with leaders across finance, operations, manufacturing, and sales to align ERP capabilities with business processes Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and performance Oversee integrations with CRM, WMS, BiTools, and other systems via middleware or web services Develop and deliver user training to ensure efficient system usage Drive high user adoption and system utilization across teams Identify automation opportunities and process improvements using ERP functionalities Provide technical support for Sage ERP, including configuration, accounting models, issue resolution, and development Manage and maintain Sage X3 production and test environments Oversee SAP B1 Hana and Syspro ERP system management Perform additional duties as assigned Travel Requirements Travel to various company locations to address technical issues or manage project implementations as needed Education & Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Overall 9+ years of experience, including 5+ years hands-on with Sage X3 (administration & configuration) Proven leadership in ERP project management or ERP support teams Strong understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, project management, or supply chain Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses & Certifications Experience with system integrations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with change management and user adoption strategies Experience working in multi-legislation ERP environments Knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports Strong working knowledge of Sage Version 12 and its web-based architecture Sage Certification (preferred) Experience with SAP B1 on Hana or Syspro (added advantage) Supervisory Responsibilities Applicable - may oversee ERP support staff or cross-functional teams.
